Members of HealthTech Ireland comply with the terms and conditions of the Memorandum and Articles of Association (Constitution) and agree to abide by the industry Code of Ethical Business Practice (MedTech Europe Code of Ethics).
Member companies are obliged to have their HCIRs credentialed bi-annually by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, if appropriate.
Member companies should register with the Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA), the Competent Authority in Ireland, under the EU Medical Devices Regulations and/or the In Vitro Diagnostics Regulations, if appropriate
Members are required to pay their annual membership subscription in a timely manner.
Copies of HealthTech Ireland’s Constitution/Memorandum and Articles of Association are available to all members on request.
