HealthTech Ireland enjoyed a very interesting discussion with Vincent Jordan eHealth Director West and North West, and his team Damian Griffin, Paddy Browne and Ross Cullen at a recent meeting kindly hosted by Medtronic, Galway.
We explored the current and future challenges of digitalisation in a vastly widespread area with its own geographical diversity of cities and extremely rural areas.
Members suggested ways we can work together to ensure a successful transition that benefits both patients and the 25,000 HSE staff in the region.
The work that Vincent and his team are doing is exceptional, and we look forward to many more discussions.
